If your address change is made after we have dispatched a magazine issue as part of your subscription or single-issue purchase, this change will be reflected from the subsequent issue. Q: How long does a previous single-issue take to deliver?
A: All orders are shipped by Australia Post standard delivery. If the magazine is already on sale, please allow approximately:
- 7-14 business days for your single issue magazine to be delivered within Australia
- 7-21 business days for your single issue magazine to be delivered within New Zealand
Q: My magazine arrived damaged, what can I do?
A: Lovatts Media will consider replacement of a single issue if faulty, however, we will not accept fault for Australia Post’s handling and placing of our products in letterboxes, post boxes or other unlisted mail collection points.
