This email will confirm the details of your magazine order including the postal address to which the magazines will be sent.

A: You can purchase a previous single issue of your favourite Lovatts Media magazine, or pre-order an upcoming issue, by visiting the single issues section of our website, and following the steps to make a purchase. Q: Can I change the delivery address or any personal contact details?
A: Your account details, including your shipping address, can be changed at any time by logging into your Lovatts Media Magazines account.
If your address change is made after we have dispatched a magazine issue as part of your subscription or single-issue purchase, this change will be reflected from the subsequent issue. Due to our print lead times, we may require up to 8 weeks notice. Q: I have just purchased a subscription, when will I receive my first issue?
A: The issue number and on sale date will be included on your order confirmation email and is determined by the date you order and the date the next available issue is printed. Please allow between 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue.

You can also refer to the order confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase to check your start issue number. A: Renewing your subscription is easy, and can be done by following these steps.

Q: My subscription included a chance to win. How will I be informed if I win?
A: Competition winners will be informed via phone or email once the competition has closed.
Q: My subscription included a bonus gift. When will I receive this?
A: Gifts will be received within 1–4 weeks after your subscription has been purchased. However, delivery times can vary by location, due to Australia Post mailing times.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Subscription purchases are considered final and are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below:
i) Lovatts Media Magazines will only refund the balance remaining on your subscription where a product is faulty. Lovatts Media Magazines is not required to provide a refund for change of mind. Issues already delivered or dispatched will be deducted from the total at their full cover price. In the case of a gift, the balance will be refunded to the original purchaser. If the credit card used to make the original payment is no longer valid, for example, if it has expired, a cheque payment will be issued. Cheques may take up to four weeks to be processed. ii) Lovatts Media Magazines may, on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund for compassionate reasons.

Q: Can I check if a friend or family member already has a Lovatts Magazine subscription?
A: Due to privacy laws we are unable to provide any personal details or confirm subscriptions purchased for current and previous customers of Lovatts Media. We can suggest you surprise them with a Lovatts Media Magazine egift Voucher as an alternative.
Q: How do I purchase a gift subscription?
A: Purchasing a gift subscription at lovattsmagazines.com.au is easy. Simply:
- Select the magazine subscription you'd like to order from the subscriptions page
- Click the 'Give as Gift' heading within the subscription product section
- Review and select the preferred gift subscription option by clicking the ‘BUY’ button
When you are ready to check out:
- Select ‘view cart’ or click the cart symbol located at the top right of the website, and your order summary will appear for your review.
- At checkout, ensure you enter the recipient's address in the postal / delivery section and your details (the purchaser) in the billing section.
- The order confirmation will be sent to the purchaser, which will contain a printable PDF gift certificate which you can forward in an email or print and pop in a card.
Q: How do I purchase multiple gift subscriptions for different people in one order?
Only one delivery address can be recorded per checkout transaction. If you are looking to buy more than one subscription, requiring multiple delivery addresses, you will need to purchase each gift subscription in a separate transaction.

Q: I have just bought a gift subscription. Do you send anything to the recipient via email?
No, nothing is sent to the recipient prior to the subscription commencement date. An order confirmation email is sent to the purchaser's email address provided during the checkout process. Within the order confirmation, you’ll find a link to a printable PDF gift certificate which you can provide to the recipient at your convenience.
Q: What happens to the gift or chance to win for a gift subscription?
When applicable, bonus gifts or chance to win entries are allocated to the purchaser. If you would prefer the bonus gift or chance to win draw be given to the gift recipient, please leave a note upon purchase.
Q: How do I purchase an eGift voucher?
A: Lovatts Media Magazines eGift vouchers make an ideal and thoughtful gift when you aren’t sure exactly which magazine subscription to buy. You can purchase an eGift voucher at any time by visiting our dedicated eGift voucher page. When you have completed your order, the eGift voucher will be sent to your email. From here, simply forward the email to your recipient or print it out and pop it into an envelope.
Q: I have received an eGift voucher. How do I redeem it?
A: To redeem the value of an eGift voucher you will need to locate the unique code found via a link within the email (sent to the purchaser) or within the printed eGift voucher certificate you may have been provided with. Select the magazine or subscription you wish to purchase and enter the unique code at check out. An eGift voucher holds a balance for a 12 month period, which can be spent over more than one order.
Delivery
Q: How long does a previous single-issue take to deliver?
A: All orders are shipped by Australia Post standard delivery. If the magazine is already on sale, please allow approximately:
- 7-14 business days for your single issue magazine to be delivered within Australia
- 7-21 business days for your single issue magazine to be delivered within New Zealand
Q: My magazine arrived damaged, what can I do?
A: Lovatts Media will consider replacement of a single issue if faulty, however, we will not accept fault for Australia Post’s handling and placing of our products in letterboxes, post boxes or other unlisted mail collection points.
